At Freefly, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance electronics. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your device in its original box.

• 3.
  Ship the Device

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; ensure all personal data has been wiped and factory settings are restored.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our technicians inspect the hardware for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
